🤍 Anxiety Test (warning signs)

Answer calmly. Think about how you felt in the last two weeks. There are no right or wrong answers.

1. Have you felt nervous, restless, or like something bad is going to happen?

📌 Example: a constant feeling of alertness, as if you just had very strong coffee and your body is waiting for something urgent, even when there's no reason for it.

2. Have you found it hard to stop worrying about small or unimportant things?

📌 Example: you go over a problem for hours, even though you know it's not that important. Your mind won't stop, and you can't "turn off the switch".

3. Have you felt very tired, as if your body was exhausted, even without doing much?

📌 Example: anxiety drains you. You can wake up already feeling low on energy, as if you had worked all day.

4. Have you had trouble concentrating, like your mind is foggy or distracted?

📌 Example: you start reading and after two lines you don't remember what it said, or you struggle to follow a conversation because your mind is elsewhere.

5. Have you felt your heart beat faster, your hands sweat, or felt tension in your chest?

📌 Example: feeling blood rush to your face suddenly, or your hands sweating for no reason. As if your body is on "alert" mode for nothing.

6. Have you been afraid of losing control or that something bad might happen to you (like fainting, going crazy, or dying)?

📌 Example: that horrible feeling that you're going to "black out" or that the floor is opening up. These are very distressing thoughts, but they are part of anxiety, not a sign that they will actually happen.
